Way back in 1997, England got to see a new rock band on its scene: Kasabian. Now, almost 20 years later, the band is still churning out their classic semi-psychedelic sound in the form of their new album, 48:13. The album, named after the running length, is streaming online via iTunes before it officially comes out on June 9.
They’ve released four albums prior to this one: Kasabian (2004), Empire (2006), West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum (2009), and Velociraptor! (2011). This one sees them working hard once more, so don’t be surprised if they take home another Brit Award in 2014. Give it a listen here.
